Entry is strictly 18+. Valid photo ID is required upon entry.

Transactions are processed under a discreet business name.

Phones must remain pocketed during performances. Guests may use them in lounge areas only, and never for recording or photography.

Absolutely. The Vault is open to couples and mixed groups who appreciate a refined adult atmosphere. Respectful behaviour applies to all guests.

Yes, light contact is allowed during private bookings, provided it remains within appropriate boundaries. Our performers will guide each experience and make it clear which areas are off limits.

General Dress Code:
Smart casual attire
Beanies and peaks allowed (must be backwards)
Large bags or briefcases must be checked in the Cloakroom
Small bags may be required to be checked in the Cloakroom
Trench coats, bulky jackets and overcoats may not be worn inside the venue (checked or carried)
No singlets or tank tops
No dirty, stained, or otherwise poorly maintained clothing
No clothing with obscene or offensive language or graphics
No group/gang related patches or tattoos
Fridays and Saturdays after 9pm:
No workwear of any kind, including steel-capped boots
Please note: for certain events this dress code maybe varied and will be published ahead of the event.
